Join ARROW

Eligibility Requirements

In order to qualify for membership, the following guidelines shall apply:

Individual members must meet either of the following:
- Membership is open to representatives and institutions located outside the states of Oregon and Washington whose recruitment activities include travel in the region. Representatives who work at a satellite location or branch campus are not eligible for membership.
- Members work out of a home office located within the states of Oregon or Washington and away from their campus.
Admissions must be the member's primary profession.
Members or their institutions must be members of either the Pacific Northwest Association for College Admission Counseling or National Association for College Admission Counseling.
Member institutions must be not-for-profit and regionally-accredited colleges/universities.

Types of Memberships

Individual Membership
- Institutions with one regional representative covering Oregon and/or Washington
- $70 per year
Group Membership
- Institutions with more than one regional representative covering Oregon and/or Washington
- $85 per year
Group Membership with 2nd Primary
- Institutions with more than six representatives, you will need a 2nd Primary.
- No additional cost
- See instructions below before having any new members fill out a request.

Primary Member

Log in to your ARROW profile
Click on "Additional Members on Your Account"
Scroll down to the 'Business Membership' info box
Provide the code listed to the rep you are adding to your Group Membership (yellow box in image below):

Once your new member has filled out the Join ARROW form, you will get a notification email.
Follow the link to approve (or reject) the new group member through your profile:

In the Member Sign Up form, select the 2nd option 'I want to add myself to an existing business membership'
Enter the code provided by your Primary Member
Finish submitting the form
Once approved, ensure you log in and complete setting up your profile!

Group Membership (more than 6 reps)

Primary Member

Institutions who have more than 6 reps will need to work with our Membership Chair to add the 7th rep to ARROW.
In order to add the 7th rep, you will need to determine which ARROW Member will be moved from a Secondary Member to another Primary.
Once you have determined which ARROW Member will be another Primary, email the Membership Chair with the adjustment.
Our Membership Chair will adjust membership types on the back-end.
The Secondary Member will become a Primary Member under the 'Group Membership - 2nd Primary' designation. This will have no additional charge.
Once you have a 2nd Primary Member, you can add the 7th rep to either Group Membership for your institution following the instructions listed in the drop-down above.

Once materials are reviewed, you will receive information on if you have been approved and any next steps.

Congrats on the new role! Since you have already been part of ARROW, you will log in with your previous log-in and update your Institutional Information.

If you cannot remember your password, reach out to the Membership chair. They will update your email address and then you can select 'Forgot Password'

Additionally, if you are joining a Group Membership and previously were on an Individual Membership, let Membership know and we will connect your account with the Institution's Group Primary.

Do not submit a new Join ARROW request - we need to keep your account information under one account.
