RSVP to Jamie Peterson, GEAR UP Coordinator jpeterson@northbeachschools.org 360-289-3888 x 1163 --- Once again, we are inviting employers, youth and scholarship programs, college, university, technical programs, and military branches to represent your organization for our students, grades 9 – 12. Our goal is to encourage students to explore the many opportunities they have for future education, careers, and how to start planning their pathways. In 2024 we welcomed 400+ students, and nearly 100 representatives of 75+ vendors and visiting groups from three area high schools, as well as our own students. North Beach Jr/Sr High School, 336 State Route 115, Ocean Shores, WA 98569 Set Up: 7:30am Tear Down: as late as 2:30pm Please RSVP via email by Friday, January 17, 2025 with the following information: ? Name of Organization (Department name if there are multiple) ? Total Number of representatives attending ? Name & Contact Information for persons attending ? Do you need a power outlet or wall space? ? Do you need a table? Available tables are limited. If you can bring one, it is very appreciated! ~As you know if you have attended our event in past years, our space and display tables are limited. It is most important that we have a total attending number of people in your group, and if you have display items that require space beyond a standard 6’ table, such as audio or manufacturing equipment. ~Additionally, many vendors will be set up in our gymnasium, so please let us know if you have abnormally heavy items so that we can be prepared to have gym floor protection in place to accommodate those things. We definitely want you to bring all the great things that you have to share! For any questions, please contact: Jamie Peterson, GEAR UP Coordinator; jpeterson@northbeachschools.org 360-289-3888 x 1163
